A: Upon receiving the items, we conduct an appraisal. Once approved, payment will be processed within 3 business days.

A: In most cases, it won't, as long as there are no concealed flaws, and the photos are clear and accurate. We base the payment on the estimated value. Therefore, we strongly recommend clear communication regarding photos and details upfront.

 

Q: What are the photo requirements?

A: Photos should cover the front, bottom, interior, four corners, flaws, and accessories. We also offer the option for a scheduled video call for accurate appraisal through one-on-one communication.

 

Q: What should I do after agreeing to the quote?

A: We will send you an electronic contract to confirm details and provide you with a shipping address. You can then send the items to us through various shipping methods.

 

Q: Where is doorstep pickup available now?
